Your so called “rakyat” is fed up with your child like antics. To readers who miss the latest news, the excerpt is supplied courtesy of the Star newspaper

Five people arrested outside Wisma DAP (Update) Published: Tuesday May 26, 2009 MYT 8:56:00 AMUpdated: Tuesday May 26, 2009 MYT 8:59:30 AM

IPOH: Police arrested five people from an events management firm that was hired by Pakatan Rakyat to organise a three-day hunger strike.
They were arrested while setting up outside Wisma DAP here at about 7am on Tuesday.
More than 10 truckloads of police and members of the Federal Reserve Unit had set up camp as early as 6:30am around the DAP headquarters.
They are believed to have also confiscated some of the material, including a canopy, being set up by the events-management firm.
Former Perak mentri besar Datuk Seri Nizar Jamaluddin had earlier said he would be leading Tronoh assemblyman and former State Assembly Speaker V. Sivakumar on a three-day hunger strike beginning 11am Tuesday.

Comments:

So the Pakatan Rakyat team is hiring an event management firm to stage their hunger strike?
The move is insensitive as unnecessary amount of money is splurged to stage one ill conceived event . The money spent would better off be used to finance "micro finance loans" to deserving small business people or those who have been laid of due to poor economy, to lend a helping hand to feed the needy; hungry farmers, labours and the homeless and to give hope to the destitute.

I wish to call upon all responsible Malaysians; politicians, civil servants, plain lay man, business people , professionals, students etc to stop supporting Pakatan Rakyat . In terms of branding and image building, this is a very bad publicity stunt pulled off by Pakatan Rakyat. They have to work out on damage control measures, least Pakatan Rakyat ends up being labelled as anti establishment and a party full of clowns.

As for the event management firm, any firm with the right mind and vision will not be allowed to be dragged to this unnecessary ruckus…it is bad resume for you too right?
