BERSEH in Holy Cities-PAS will be responsible

Ustaz Mokhtar bin Senik Mekah Bersih
Mokhtar said PAS will be responsible- but will that be enough?

A source told The Mole that PAS will hold resposibility for organising BERSEH demonstration in Makkah and Madinah. However like little boys, the party fall short of taking full reponsibility and still put the blame on   UMNO- led Malaysian government in  persuading Saudi government on the crackdown. Call this immaturity in politics, but after series of blaming game, Malaysians, especially the non partisan that made up 30 percent of the undecided in the recent popularity poll , will finally be able to make up their mind on which party to vote this coming general election.

KUALA LUMPUR: A Pas leader who was present during the launch of the Bersih 3.0 campaign in Mecca and Medina last month said Pas will take responsibility and will co-operate fully with the Saudi Arabian authorities.

Pahang Pas Ulama chief Mokhtar Senik told The Mole party representatives will meet both Saudi Arabian and Malaysian authorities to explain the gathering if they are requested to do so.

Mokhtar said: “Of course we will be responsible for it. We will give full co-operation with the authorities to clear the air over the issue.”

He was commenting on a news report stating the Saudi Arabian government is tracking down those responsible for organising the Bersih gathering on April 28 in Mecca and Medinah, considered by Muslims as their holy cities.

Utusan Malaysia recently reported the Saudi Arabian intelligence agency was also tracking down two opposition leaders for being the masterminds behind the gathering at D’Saji Restaurant, Hotel As-Safwah near Masjid Al Haram. (Al-Haram Mosque)

Terengganu Advisor and Co-ordinator for Mecca and Medina Abu Backer Sidek reportedly told the Malay daily that diplomatic ties between Malaysia and Saudi Arabia might be affected and stringent procedures would be imposed on Malaysians who want to perform the Umrah and Haj to prevent similar incidents from happening again.

Mokthar said he was not in Mecca solely for the campaign but had been coincidentally invited by the group of Bersih 3.0 supporters which included some Malaysian students.
(Anakbukitgantang comments- is this another wishy washy attempt  to take off personal responsiblity from you Mr. Mokhtar and dump the blame totally on your dear party ? How can everything came out unplanned ?)
Together with Pas Youth Chief Nasruddin Hassan Tantawi, Mokhtar said they did not plan to go to Mecca to launch the rally there, saying: “Why should we (launch the campaign) when the main Bersih rally was already planned in Kuala Lumpur?”

Recently Bernama reported Defence Minister Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi had said that organisers of the gathering would be held responsible should Saudi Arabia prohibit Malaysians from performing the Haj and Umrah for any length of time.

“Saudi Arabia is most sensitive about demonstrations or illegal gatherings held there,” Zahid was quoted as saying.(Anakbukitgantang comments- Saudi has taken seriously many attemts to destabilise the Kingdom by Islamic separatist, so this BERSEH issue is not localised!)
Mokhtar however believed the Saudi government was acting under the urgings of the Malaysian Government as a way to punish those who had attended the gathering.
(Anakbukitgantang comments-is this  another blaming game PAS?)

“I do not believe the Saudi government will act unless the Malaysian government has urged them to do so,” he added.

A blog post at Penembak Tepat had stated the launch of the movement in Masjid Al Haram and Masjid Al Nabawi was insulting as Bersih is led by Datuk Ambiga Sreevanasan, an advocate of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) rights in Malaysia.

The Mole had previously reported criticisms against the initiative to launch the campaign in the holy cities by Islamic scholar Ismail Mina Ahmad who said it was unwise and uncouth to do so as the movement’s agenda is inclined to serve a diabolical political agenda.

No erection at Dataran Merdeka tomorrow ok?

Failed Erection  no 1 - DBKL prohibited such unruly assembly.

Failed Erection no 2- somebody has to find replacement for main actor to play out "the dead guy". That is the super climax of BERSEH 3.0. Suhardy is not willing to play the same infamous role after he was reprimanded by his then spiritual guru. Suhardy, the unruly spiritual mureed is not ashamed of his misconduct- for it  is unbecoming for a sufi to overthrow Ulil Amri (Muslim  leader). Please take note that  this guru IS NOT Nik Aziz nor Hadi Awang, ok!

Failed erection no 3- The Police has advised people to find alternative routes. Several road will be closed to facilitate Ops AMAN. The closed roads and public places  are as follows;

1-Dataran Merdeka
2-Stadium Merdeka
3-Jalan Raja Laut
4-Masjid Jamek and its vicinity
5-Jalan Imbi
6-Jalan Pinang
7-Jalan Tun Sambathan
8-Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman

Failed erection no 4- There is storm in the teacup for unholy alliance of DAP- PAS. Also there is a face off between colonial time police's son  Tunku Abdul Aziz vs thick headed, arrogant LGE. I believe it has more to do with mismatched  principle. It is better off for Tunku to quit DAP for DAP's true colour has been unveiled. (Tunku was roped into DAP to hype on his blue blood background and to increase DAP acceptance among the Malays).

DAP's hope to turn BERSEH campaign to catapult their political campaign   will fail miserably and this will cost a few party bearers  chances to be elected / re-lect as their  party representative in the coming general election due fiasco in BERSEH 3.0 tomorrow.......there will definately be no erection at Dataran Merdeka ok?
