Who is crying like a child now? Penang ? Singapore?- an update

Post General Election 13, The Star Superman Editor,  a non deserving triple Datuk as in "Datuk Sri Datuk Datuk " Wong claimed that  "The Malays are crying like a baby" (Thanks Helen Ang for pointing out the  triple Datukships of WSW.....though by now many will question whether this triple Datukship recipient deserve the title )

Not to soon Datuk Wong! By protocol a triple Datukship recipient  should only use one Datukship title, and in case it is a Datuk Sri Wong (using the higher Datukship rank)-enough on the digression here ;)

Soon enough the wrath of God The Almighty shows sign in Penang and big brother's country ;  Singapore

In Penang , one natural disaster after another happens...as if the agony of the people is endless. The flooding happened  just right after election, then the  scaffolding on Penang Second Link collapsed. Lim Junior took a big heave of relief because none of his beloved Chinaman died. But then too soon is too soon. In the latest weird thunderstorm that caused an antennae to collapse, a few Chinaman died.

Just as this natural disaster is not enough, Penang faces the risk of being left up, high and dry without water. In a spat with Kedah, Lim Junior falsely claim  that Penang does not receive any raw water from Kedah. Hence I put up a Beris dam photo (see above)  depicting the fact that one of the main objectives of Beris Dam construction  is to provide raw untreated water to Penang. The remaining 80% of Penang raw water intake is supplied by the Sungai Dua plant, which in turn draws water from Sungai Muda in neighbouring Kedah (Sungai Muda provides the potable water supply for both states). As Kedah draws its water from upstream of the Sungai Muda, it places Penang at a higher risk if Kedah’s demand for potable water were to increase. - See more at: Penang Water Supply

 The  new Kedah MB has no choice but to proceed with Jeniang Water Transfer Project to ensure Kedah Water source is for Kedah and the crops. After all Kedah is the cash crop state in Malaysia. Priority must be given to the effort to produce enough food for the nation. That    means diverting  water from Sg Muda via diversion canal and discharge it to the Southern and Central MADA Canal System by  damming up the Sg Muda at Jeniang... i.e by constructing Jeniang Barrage and opt for Kedah Priority Option Operating Regime as proposed by Water Resources Report prepared by JICA in early 80s.

In plain words , the man made barrage or dam  will indeed put out a barrier for Lim Junior the Arrogant Penang Chief Minister from drawing water from Kedah....and maybe penalising him for denying the Law of Nature...Crying like a baby case 1

Let us  pray - Penangites should  abandon Lim Junior and DAP for the sake of Penang people

Over the causeway in Singapore, the haze has been reported to be at its worst in several years. Just before you start blaming indiscriminate logging and burning of the Sumatran jungle, take a close look at NST that screams " Indonesia accuses Singapore behaving like a child"

JAKARTA: Indonesia on Thursday accused Singapore of “behaving like a child” by complaining about severe haze from raging forest fires on Sumatra island that has cloaked the city-state.

Singapore should not be behaving like a child and making all this noise,”  Agung Laksono, the minister who is coordinating Indonesia’s response to the haze crisis, told reporters in Jakarta.
“This is not what the Indonesian nation wants, it is because of nature.” The minister for people’s welfare also said Jakarta would reject any offer of financial aid from Singapore unless it was a large amount.

“Unless (Singapore) wants to give us a large amount, we won’t consider accepting it,” he said. “If it is only half a million, or one million dollars,  we don’t need that. We would rather use our own national budget.”

A professional explanation on the haze can be found here:

Coal outcrop,  is a natural  geological phenomena  in Indonesia. This  fossil fuel can be burned  as energy to generate electricity in gas powered power  station. During hot and dry  season, these coal will be easily burned and release sulphur into the atmosphere which cause a phenomena we called "haze".

Just like Lim Junior of Penang, Singapore the big brother is crying like a child;

"This is now the worst haze that Singapore has ever faced," Singapore's Environment Minister Vivian Balakrishnan wrote on his Facebook page. "No country or corporation has the right to pollute the air at the expense of Singaporeans' health and wellbeing"

 Indonesia retaliated with this answer on  haze;

Laksono said investigations were under way to find out which company was responsible for the haze.

“There are Indonesian, Singaporean and Malaysian companies there,” he said, echoing previous comments from officials in Jakarta seeking to shift the blame  away from solely Indonesian firms.-- AFP

May be now our Datuk Editor of The Star can take a good  look at "who is crying like a small child"......it is  God The Almighty way of reminding arrogant politicians and their cohorts to stop playing God -what is fated is bound to happen. If The Star think they can undo the indigenous Malays as the leaders of this region and outright deny the General Election 13 results, then God Almighty too can send natural disaster to humble the human  subjects.

...I like to read your comments / articles posted above. Though they are not as smooth and as fluent as they should be brought up, reading them gave me some feelings that there is someone out there who is patriotic enough and capable of writing such articles. You are very much better than those who want to destroy our nation through street demonstrations and the like. Thank you and keep on writing...

.. in a coal stock yard they usually put a water sprinkler system to keep the coal in damp condition to avoid accidental burning due to sun ray.. perhaps Singapore should start thinking to offer billion of dollars to construct mega sprinkler syatem over the coal forest in Sumatra... instead of crying like a child...
