Pepatah Melayu ada berkata pukul anak sindir menantu....jadi jika anak yang dipukul, maka sebenarnya tamparan tersebut dimaksudkan untuk orang lain..

Soalnya..bila Menteri Tak Berfolio di Jabatan Perdana Menteri menyalak dan menikam PERKASA, Utusan Malaysia, Awang Selamat  dan beberapa pemimpin yang dikategorikan sebagai ultra Melayu, sedangkan mereka hanya memperjuangkan hak Melayu, ugama Islam dan kedaulatan Raja Raja Melayu disamping merealisasikan tahap istimewa Melayu seperti apa yang termaktub dalam Perlembagaan Persekutuan, siapakah sebenarnya di belakang Nazri?

Apakah Nazri berani bertindak sehingga menulis surat ke portal pembangkang jika tak mendapat mandat dari seseorang?

Mungkinkah berita yang saya terima ini juga ada kaitan?

First DNA barcoding library activated, what lies next ?

DNA or deoxyribonucleic acids chains carries information on our gene. DNA is unique because none of the DNA is identical to the other individual. The DNA of one species too  differs from other species. In short DNA is the single most complete  information coding that stamps out  INDIVIDUALITY- so unique that DNA is now legally used to identify individual involved in crime, paternity lawsuits and progeny of famous people like the recent case tracing the offspring of  US president Thomas Jefferson with Sarah Hemming; the coloured slave.

Most recently Canada has succeeded in compiling the DNA barcode library  of more than 80,000 species (read excerpt below) . While the noble  aim is to build a digital identification system for all life on Earth to reduce the time and cost of species identification, it would not be long before the system is misused for other purposes, military exercises and certain human cleansing - under the pretext of fighting terrorism?

The aftermath of 9/11 saw that Muslims the world over being singled out as "terrorists"...no matter that we the Muslim represented the largest religious group being mistreated and oppressed in The Balkans conflicts, The Chechen in Dargestan, The Uighur suppressed uprising in China, the senseless killing of Pattanis in Southern Thailand, The Moro's of Southern Philippines and the mother of all crime, the brutal killings of innocent Palestinians in occupied Palestine.

OTTAWA (AFP) – An international consortium of geneticists on Saturday will activate a DNA barcode library in Toronto representing almost 80,000 species, the International Barcode of Life Project (iBOL) announced.

The aim is to eventually build a digital identification system for all life on Earth to reduce the time and cost of species identification.

To mark the world?s largest biodiversity genomic initiative, Toronto's CN Tower -- the tallest free-standing structure in the Western Hemisphere -- is to be illuminated as a giant bar code, iBOl said.


"We are witnessing alarming rates of species extinction," said iBOL scientific director Paul Hebert.

"But efforts to reverse that trend are hampered by huge gaps in our knowledge about the distribution and diversity of life. DNA barcoding promises a future where everyone will have rapid access to the names and biological attributes of every species on Earth."

DNA barcoding, which identifies species using a short DNA sequence from a standard location on the genome, will also be a vital tool for conservation and for monitoring species that have adverse impacts on human health and economic wellbeing, he said.

More than 25 countries are involved in the project.

Work over the past five years has produced barcode records for almost 80,000 species.

By 2015, consortium members are expected to have entered DNA barcode records from five million specimens representing half a million species into the interactive Barcode of Life Data System (BOLD) databank, and eventually all of Earth's animal, plant and fungal species.

Napoleon seorang Islam?

Kita pasti tidak asing dengan istilah asas praduga tak bersalah. Bagi pemerhati hukum, tentu istilah tersebut bukanlah hal yang sulit dipahami. Namun tidak banyak orang tahu, termasuk para ahli hukum, tentang asal muasal asas ini.




Di dalam bukunya Islam Sistem Nilai Terpadu, Dr. M. Imaduddin ‘Abdulrahim menuliskan:



Prinsip hukum praduga tak bersalah  yang dikenal di negeri-negeri barat, pertama kali dimunculkan oleh Napoleon Bonaparte. Ide tentang hal tersebut, ia peroleh setelah berhasil menaklukkan Mesir (1797—1798 M).



Dari penaklukan tersebut, Bonaparte bersama pasukannya sempat membawa banyak buku hukum Islam dari perpustakaan Universitas Al-Azhar ke negerinya, Perancis.



Setelah buku-buku tersebut diterjemahkan ke dalam bahasa Perancis oleh ahli-ahli bahasa negerinya, dengan sungguh-sungguh Napoleon mempelajari buku-buku tersebut. Tidak lama setelah itu, muncullah kitab karangannya yang terkenal di bidang ilmu Hukum, yaitu Code Pinale.



Di dalam buku tersebut yang dibahas di dalamnya antara lain masalah prinsip hukum praduga tak bersalah. Hingga saat ini prinsip tersebut telah mengglobal ke seluruh dunia. Jadi, kalau dirunut-runut sejarahnya pastilah ilmu hukum Islam sebenarnya sejak awal sudah menemukan prinsip-prinsip tersebut.





Islam dan Napoleon



Napoleon Bonaparte, seorang Jenderal dan Kaisar Prancis yang tenar kelahiran Ajaccio, Corsica 1769 M. Sebagai seorang yang berkuasa dan berdaulat penuh terhadap negara Perancis sejak Agustus 1793 M, tidak membuatnya puas. Rupanya kemegahan dunia belum bisa memuaskan batinnya.



Setelah mempelajari Islam dengan sungguh-sungguh, akhirnya pada tanggal 02 Juli 1798 M, 23 tahun sebelum kematiannya di tahun 1821 M, Napoleon Bonaparte menyatakan keislamannya.



E. Dinet dalam buku berjudul, Cherfils: Bonaparte et l’Islam, mengutip sebuah surat dari Napoleon Bonaparte, tertanggal 28 Agustus 1798 M. Di dalam surat itu Napoleon Bonaparte, Kaisar Perancis menulis:



“Saya harap tidak lama lagi dapat dikumpulkan orang terpelajar di negeri ini untuk menetapkan aturan hukum berasaskan Al Qur’an yang jadi satu-satunya jalan untuk mencapai kebahagiaan manusia.”





Dalam surat yang lain, Napoleon menyatakan:



“Sudah sering kali saya katakana terang-terangan dalam pidato-pidato saya, bahwa saya ini seorang muslim, muwahhid, takzim kepada Nabi Muhammad dan cinta kepada umat Islam.” (O. Hashem, Menaklukkan Dunia Islam hlm. 41)



Sepertinya tidak banyak yang menyinggung bahwa penguasa besar dari negeri Eropa ini seorang muslim. Mudah-mudahan ini menjadikan inspirasi bagi kita untuk terus belajar tentang Islam. Sesungguhnya Islam itu mudah dan memudahkan.



Bahkan untuk orang asing seperti Napoleon pun, belajar tentang Islam akhirnya menjadikannya seorang muslim yang mengakui keislamannya secara terang-terangan. Bersyukurlah kita yang sejak kecil telah menjadi seorang muslim.

Syukurlah, maseh ada kewarasan dan sikap bencikan keganasan dalam sanubari rakyat Malaysia.

Ini jelas berbeda dengan sikap acuh tidak acuh kepimpinan PAS dan ADUNnya dalam menangani kes pembunuhan kejam ini. Persoalananya, apakah PAS lebih pentingkan political mileage dan kerana pembunuhnya berbangsa India maka keadilan terhadap aruah Sosilawati dan rakan rakannya tidak mahu ditegakkan? Apakah kerana baru memegang tampok kuasa di 2 buah negeri yang majority Melayu Islam maka PAS mahu membuang pengundi Melayu Islam dan menidakkan perasaan dan kegusaran Melayu Islam demi menjaga hati DAP dan PKR?

Jelas dalam tragedi PAS maseh cuba mendapatkan political mileage dengan mengaitkannya dengan kes Altantuya.

KUALA LUMPUR: Waves of sympathy and messages of condolences flooded cyberspace following news that cosmetics queen Datuk Sosilawati Lawiya and three others were murdered.

The micro-blogging site Twitter started buzzing late on Saturday night when users got wind that police had cordoned off a poultry farm and were ready to carry out excavation.

Many had prayed for the safe return of the four and hoped that unconfirmed reports of their deaths were unfounded.

But all hopes were dashed when police yesterday confirmed all four had been murdered.


Malaysians were shocked and outraged at the cold-blooded way Sosilawati, her lawyer Ahmad Kamil Abdul Karim, banker Noorhisham Mohammad and driver Kamarudin Shansudin were killed and how their bodies were disposed of.


"The murder case of Sosilawati was seriously disturbing. Murdered, burnt to ashes, ashes strewn at Morib beach. How morbid," posted Aiman Hamizah on Twitter.

Fellow Twitterer mistahasnul tweeted "whatever the truth is, Sosilawati is a tragic story of [sic] rag to riches to murder. Sad!" while others wanted those responsible to be brought to book.

"I hope those responsible for Sosilawati (will) be held accountable and punished. I really don't want to see a rerun of the Altantuya case," said user, witherthor.


The news of their deaths were tweeted and re-tweeted repeatedly, fuelling speculation on the "hows" and "whys".

Interestingly, some Twitterers compared the killings with the infamous Mona Fandey case.

"Datuk Sosilawati's killer is a psycho freak. Are you trying to be the next mona fandey?" angry elytric tweeted.

Coffee shop chatter was also abuzz with many speculating on the motives for the murders.

"Maybe someone was jealous of her success," said housewife Siti Aishah Abdullah.

Her teenage son Muhd Fairuz Muhd Ali believed it was a business deal gone wrong.

PETALING JAYA: The murder of cosmetics millionaire Datuk Sosilawati Lawiya has attracted worldwide media attention.

Online searches produced news reports of the case translated into various languages and hosted on websites in China, Hungary, Australia, Singapore, Canada and many more.

Some websites, such as The Straits Times Singapore, provided comprehensive updates and findings of the case.

UK-based newspaper The Telegraph also provided coverage through its correspondent in neighbouring Bangkok.

Sosilawati, 47, and three others - her lawyer Ahmad Kamil Abdul Karim, 32, CIMB Bank officer Noorhisham Mohammad, 38, and driver Kamaruddin Shansuddin, 44 - went missing on Aug 30 after visiting two brothers, both lawyers, over a land deal.


It was learnt that the founder of the Nouvelles Visage beauty line had engaged the lawyers' services to submit a tender for a piece of land in Bukit Jambul, Penang.

Alternatif ketiga untuk orang Melayu Islam di Malaysia

Alhamdulillah,

Itulah yang saya rasakan bila kepimpinan UMNO berpakat ramai ramai menolak PERKASA.

Ada hikmahnya!

Tatkala orang dah mulai bosan dengan mainan politik kotor PAS dan UMNO, dan kedua dua parti berlumba lumba meminang undi kaum asing dengan menganjakkan pelbagai lagi tiang gol ugama, akidah, hak orang Melayu seperti dalam 7 Wasiat Raja Raja Melayu yang dijadikan intipati Perlembagaan Persekutuan ( dengan peruntukan menjaga Islam, orang Melayu, Raja Raja Melayu dan hak orang Melayu sebagai pribumi dan mencari rezeki yang halal di Malaysia)

.....mungkin PERKASA menjadi satu satunya jalan penyelesaian ke atas polemik masyarakat Melayu Islam di Malaysia.

Berita yang saya dengar dari ulama pondok di Kelantan sudah tidak wajib bagi orang Melayu Islam menyokong PAS, kerana berdasarkan pengetahuan ugama mereka yang alim dan banyak mentelaah kitab kitab karangan ulama muktabar dan hukum fiqh dari 4 mazhab utama, sokongan kepada entiti /pertubuhan NGO/parti politik perlu diberikan kepada entiti yang kurang mendatangkan mudharat kepada ummat Islam.

Tambahan lagi sepanjang bulan Rejab, Shaaban dan Ramadhan ini, tok-tok guru pondok di Kelantan sentiasa mendapat kunjungan hormat dan sokongan moral dari tokoh ugama/ulama ahlul bayt dari Australia dan Syiria yang menyokong perjuangan ulama pondok ahlul sunnah wal jamaah di Kelantan.

Bagai kata seorang anak mureed tok guru pondok ini-Islam di Kelantan maju bukan kerana Nik Aziz tapi kerana perjuangan ulama /tok guru pondok di Kelantan yang tegas memperjuangkan Islam ahlul sunnah wal jamaah!

Jadi dalam situasi sekarang di mana UMNO memutuskan untuk tidak menyokong PERKASA dan PAS dilihat tergelincir dari perjuangan asal Islam dengan fahaman Wahhabinya yang memecah belahkan ummah Islam, alternatif terbaik adalah PERKASA.

Saya dapat maklumat bahawa orang yang dahulunya menyokong PAS juga akan menganggotai PERKASA. Begitu juga PERKASA membuka pintu seluas luasnya kepada mana mana ahli UMNO untuk menganggotainya.

Maka perpaduan ummah Islam yang diperjuangkan oleh ummah Islam sejak PRU12 akan menjadi nyata, bukan dengan UMNO atau PAS tapi dengan PERKASA!.

The shocking arrest of a Datuk cum lawyer, and an ex-member of Bar Council, his brother; a doctor and  5 others sent tremors and shock waves  through out the nation. The hideous  manner all four victims were put to death, burnt and ashes distributed into the nearby river further infuriate Malaysians. Thus far, this is the most inhumane act of butchery witnessed by Malaysian after Dato' Mokhtar-Mona Fendi case.

All the while Bar Council has kept mum over the issue....thus a good question should be thrown to Bar Council, a body that fights for "freedom of speech, democratic government and fair treatment to ALL citizens" and quick to condemn "trangressional acts" in the past - What is the Council's true stand in this case?

This case is a sort of litmus test to the Council which has been linked to biased views in the past-the case fresh in everybody's mind is the Memeluk Islam aka Murtad seminar (which saw YB Zulkifli Kulim being shown cause letter and later stripped of his PKR's party membership), the championing of Hindraft political cause (ironically too the lawyer involved was a DAP member and a legal representative for Hidraft) and a few demonstrations involving active members of the Council.

Two lawyer brothers are the prime suspects in the murder of cosmetics millionaire Datuk Sosilawati Lawiya and three others whose bodies were burnt and their ashes strewn in a river near Ladang Gadong, in Tanjong Sepat, here.


Cops are probing if the brothers are also responsible for four more people reported missing.

Bukit Aman CID director Comm Datuk Seri Mohd Bakri Zinin said police were awaiting forensic confirmation on the remains, believed to be that of Sosilawati, the client of the main suspect – a Datuk – said to have been handling a land deal in Penang for the entrepreneur. He owned the farm where the bodies were allegedly burnt after they had been assaulted and stabbed to death.


From initial investigations, police found that the ashes were disposed of at the mouth of a river about 4.2km from the farm. Comm Bakri said the motive of the murder could be business rivalry, debt and a land business deal gone sour. It is learnt that the land in Penang was bought for RM25mil and was to have been re-sold for RM200mil.

Sosilawati was last seen leaving Kuala Lumpur for Banting on Aug 30, with her driver Kamaruddin Shamsuddin, 44, lawyer Ahmad Kamil Karim, 32, and bank officer Noorhisham Mohammad, 38. Their mysterious disappearance attracted much interest.

“Police believe the 41-year-old lawyer was the mastermind behind the disappearances and could have been involved in four other missing persons cases,” Comm Bakri told reporters at the Banting police headquarters yesterday.

The brothers were among eight people arrested in connection with the case. The other six, including two women, aged between 19 and 45, were farmhands.

Police managed to get fresh leads into the case that saw the arrest of the eight, following the co-operation from the public, media and suspects detained earlier.

In Penang Ramadhan Taraweh at 2 mosques were marred by "human ghost" who are insensitive on the significance of Ramadhan. Jemaah in these two mosques had to  put up with loud   noices and  skiny clad lady dancing provocatively  within the vicinity of these two mosques..

In United States Of America, they are still fighting the ghost of September 11....and it looks like the ghosts have their field day disturbing human's an nafs....the world over.

WASHINGTON – President Barack Obama appealed to an unsettled nation Saturday to honor the memory of the Sept. 11 attacks by hewing to the values of diversity and tolerance. "We will not sacrifice the liberties we cherish or hunker down behind walls of suspicion and mistrust," the president declared.

Speaking at the Pentagon, where nine years ago a hijacked plane smashed into the west side of the building and killed 184 people, Obama conjured a solemn remembrance of that horrible day but also spoke strongly in defense of religious freedom.

"As Americans we are not — and never will be — at war with Islam," the president said. "It was not a religion that attacked us that September day — it was al-Qaida, a sorry band of men which perverts religion."

His comments came on a Sept. 11 anniversary unlike others. In years past, the day was devoted to remembrances of the nearly 3,000 who died in jetliner attacks here, in New York City and in Pennsylvania, and to vows to serve in their honor and continue to pursue the terrorists behind the attacks.

This year, the common bonds rekindled by the memory of the attacks threaten to fray amid growing suspicion of Muslims in this country and controversies about a mosque planned near ground zero in New York and a pastor's threat to burn the Muslim holy book.

As Obama, joined by Defense Secretary Robert Gates, laid a wreath at the Pentagon memorial where American Airlines Flight 77 crashed, New York City braced for protests for and against the proposed Islamic cultural center.

Rev. Terry Jones called off his widely denounced plans to burn copies of the Quran, but damage was already done. In Kabul, Afghanistan, protesters set fire to tires in the streets and shouted "Death to America." Obama and Gates had warned that Jones' planned Quran burning threatened U.S. servicemembers and interests abroad.

Against that backdrop Obama spoke forcefully.

"The highest honor we can pay those we lost, indeed our greatest weapon in this ongoing war, is to do what our adversaries fear the most," the president said. "To stay true to who we are, as Americans; to renew our sense of common purpose; to say that we define the character of our country, and we will not let the acts of some small band of murderers who slaughter the innocent and cower in caves distort who we are."

Obama did not mention the New York City mosque, or the Florida pastor, but his message was clear. "We champion the rights of every American, including the right to worship as one chooses — as service members and civilians from many faiths do just steps from here, at the very spot where the terrorists struck this building," he said. The Pentagon houses a chapel where people of different religions can pray.

Obama also has sought to cast Sept. 11 as a day of service to others, and he participated himself by traveling to the Ronald H. Brown Middle School in northeast Washington to take part in Armed Services YMCA: Operation Kid Comfort. At the school, Obama helped paint a multipurpose room, and chatted with volunteers making quilts for children of deployed troops decorated with pictures of servicemembers.

First lady Michelle Obama appeared with Laura Bush in Shanksville, Pa., where the fourth plane crashed after passengers rushed the cockpit. Vice President Joe Biden and his wife, Jill, were in New York for the ceremony at ground zero.

The White House said Obama began the day by privately observing a moment of silence at 8:46, the time when the first plane crashed into the World Trade Center.

From 9/11 to Quran Burning.....to constant infighting among Moslems in Malaysia-what lies beneath?

Salam and Eid Mubarak.

On the eve of Islam's holiest day, Eidul Fitri, I wish to remind readers that this celebration is marred by unresolved conflicts and sufferings of our brothers and sisters in Palestine, Pakistan, Chechens in Dargestan, Uigurs in China, Rohinyas in Myammar, Champa people in Cambodia/Vietnam, Afghanistan, Iraqis and Kurdish people in Kurdistan.

Let us not forget that the Moslem world took a bad turn ever since the bombing of World Trade Centre in 9/11. The hatred campaign against Islam escalated the world over and moslems has been successfully painted as "terrorist". Forget the facts that some new evidence resurfaced recently that the bombing was "an inside job"


Moslem in Malaysia was not spared the backlash and the hatred campaign. If I were to say it aloud, my instuition told me that GE12/ PRU12 in 2008 was a concerted effort to overturn the Moslem-led government of the day-Barisan Nasional (by denying a two third majority in Parliament). Our political landscape has took a turn to the worst as Moslem fights each other over the usage of Kalimah Allah for non Moslems, Kafirun entering our holiest sites/the mosques etc. The constant in fighting among our Moslem brothers and sisters led us astray and little by little our Islamic benchmark has been lifted...the case in question is the "daylight land robbery" of Tanah Wakaf cum moslem cemetery in Seksyen 19 and 22 of Shah Alam, the issues of YBK /UiTM, murtad issues, the oppression of "Malay Moslem traditional settlers in Malay Kampungs" and commerce community in Penang, the sidelining of Malay Moslem business community in Selangor, the "planned" public embarrassment of Malay Moslem High Ranking civil servant in Penang and Selangor and many others..if one could only see "the peculiar pattern" in the way the destructive plan has unveiled....


It looks like the "grand design" of the real enemy of Islam, The Dajjal, has successfully infiltrate and embroidered their poisonous venom in Malay Moslem dominated political parties like UMNO and PAS. UMNO saddled by big loss of four states  in GE12/ PRU12 foolishly courting the Chinese community and create unnecessary tension among loyal Malay Moslem supporters who are entrenched in the teachings of Islam. PAS in the zestful quest for power, kneeled to an nafs and further liberated its views of Islam and the tenets of Islam by giving out "fatwas" that further damage Islam in the process...so much so that the Erdogan team has overtake the pedestal of power in PAS and make Dewan Ulama a fool in issues such as Kalimah Allah and Kafirun entering mosque. One has to wonder too whether is this another grand design to destroy Islam from within as we know that many a high ranking PAS leaders subscribed to Wahabism...which recently is ruled mujassimah and deviated from Islamic akidah? (The fatwas were given by Al Azhar and more recently by JAIS in Selangor, Malaysia on 13 August 2010)


Let us not forget that The Malay Archipelago, which includes Malaysia has always intrigue colonial powers in the past. Our land is rich with gold, uranium and other precious mineral deposits...and let us not forget that the constant infighting among Malay Moslem, the largest ethnic race, in Malaysia will paralysed our political cloud -bringing crippling effect on religion, economy and social.... and will one day "invite" unnecessary intervention of foreign powers like what befall Malaya  in 1850 or worst still the fall of the Moslem empire in Andalusia.

May Allah guides us and bless our land and her people. May Allah bestow upon us "light" to further guide us to the right path. Salam Eidul Fitri to all readers.

It's increasingly looking as though the only spiritual or political figure who will not denounce Florida pastor Terry Jones' plan to commemorate Sept. 11 by burning copies of the Quran is Jones himself. Wednesday brings the news that even the church Jones founded in Germany in the 1980s is condemning the upcoming Quran-burning at his small place of worship in Gainesville, Fla.



"We are surprised and shocked at the extreme radicalism being displayed [by Jones] right now on this issue," Stephan Baar of the Christian Community of Cologne told the Associated Press. The 60-member church kicked out Jones in 2008. Jones' estranged daughter says the eviction arose from her father's reported penchant for dipping into the church's till to pay his own expenses.

Jones' wish to burn hundreds of copies of the Islamic holy book has drawn a wide chorus of protests. Gen. David Petraeus said on Monday the action could hurt U.S. troops, while hundreds of Afghans protested in Kabul and burned Jones in effigy. The Gainesville Fire Department has denied Jones a permit for the event -- but the pastor says he plans to go ahead with it anyway.



Indeed, so many high-profile people have spoken out against the plan that they may now outnumber the fringe church's 50-member congregation, raising the question of whether the condemnations are magnifying the cause of a very small group of extremists.
